At ZEDAPaw, we want you (and your pets 🐾) to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase.


🔹 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked at checkout)
  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping

🔹 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🔹 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., wrong size or color), simply return the item as above and place a new order. We do not process direct swaps.

🔹 Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for other reasons (changed your mind, wrong size, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping fees.
